  • Complete the LEGACY ‘join the study’ form (name, email address).

Your personal information will be securely and stored on a secure server with access restricted to the LEGACY research team. We will keep the personal information you send us via this website for 5 years after the end of the LEGACY study. We will then dispose of your information by deleting all associated records.
